If anyone has gone out to practice this August, you will see Donte Savage and Augafa Vaaulu practicing with the team despite being academically ineligible.
Well, they’re redshirting this season so they’re allowed to participate in practices.
Just wanted to clarify that in case some were wondering.

Dejaun Yates was moved from offensive guard to defensive tackle. He came to NMSU from College of the Canyons two years ago as a D-tackle. He started seven games on the O-line last year.
You all know I'm a Menzies hater but, BIG Walker supporter.
My honest opinion when a player is academicaly ineligible, BB or FB. He should lose his scholarship.
I really hope Walker is much tougher when it comes to academic casualties than Menzies, "a c'mon fellas" attitude!
